I didnt exactly get what u were saying bro,but
ABS is anti lock braking system which is acomputer detecting braking pressure and wheel-lockup due to slick road(s) or intensive braking pressure applied.
So, when you you fully apply brakes, and the wheels begin to lock up, the ABS computer automatically reduces braking pressure to free the wheel(s), then stop them again with respect to braking pressure applied by driver.
With a proper functioning ABS system, good tires & good driver, your car should NOT spin, skid or screech whatsoever under any braking condition.
