Liana Idle RPM

Aoa pws,
My liana's idle rpm suddenly drops as i turn on the ac on idle. It drops from 900 to 600 on turning ac on and if headlights are on at the same time it goes below 5k with a sudden check engine light & then boosts again but drops again and again.
Ignition coils tested ok
Tappets adjusted
Throttle body cleaned

Any suggestion from all experianced fellows.....

Without ac the car works fine 95%. Some times it drops rpm on 1st or 2nd gear...

How old is it? Have you had it checked with obdi scanner?

can be a ground wiring issue as well

It could be because of a weak ground connection,faulty cng conversion switch,faulty charging system,weak battery,faulty IAC valve,check it accordingly.

1- What are you doing with AC on in February.
2- Is this AC problem on both fuels, cng and petrol.
3- Idle RPM is usually ~950-1000 if its been recently tuned. After a few months, it can drop to ~800-850.
4- Get it tuned at Suzuki and tell them your problem. Make sure your filters, and fuel etc are top notch.

^The vehicle has a climate control...so to keep the windscreen free of mist ...it does turn on AC automatically

Don't call that dumb. That is physics. Read about windscreen fogging to find out why.

get the map sensor checked and cleaned. i think some models of baleno had the same problem.

Plz explain if possible about ground wiring, iac valve, map sensors.... Pics will help a lot guys..... Share if possible, i've got this for my father and want it to be trouble free so plz plz plz participate with pics

Go to Suzuki Workshop and get it checked through OBDI Scanner.

From where did you get the OBD sensor ??

I am facing same problem but only with headlights
Not with AC
When i switch On headlights RPM drops to 6k
But while switching On AC then RPM boosts upto 11k
Any Solution plz
