there is definitely some serious problem with shocks of xli,,,u feel the smallest of pot holes in ur ass while driving it...i dont know ,,,but its ride quality is really an issue....perhaps it has got somethingh to do with general tyres....anyway...i gotta tell u thats its engine is too good..it over takes cars like anythihgh....interior is good.....braking is satisfactory.....the car does not skid unless u floor the brake pedal.....all the propaganda regarding its brakes is false.......

I have driven XLI, and Altis
I have been in city but never driven it.

and according to me liana is the most spacious car and value for money. So far I have driven 19000 kms pickup on petrol is awesome drive handling and breaking are excellent. Trust me its road grip is exceptional. Power steering is a little hard but not bad. Even after 55kh cylinder I can put full family size suit case in it :).

East or west corolla will remain the best. XLI is a car of higher class. whereas city and liana are cars for a little lower class.

All city lovers please tell me why honda reduced their prices of city? were they afraid of pakhero 70 or liana ??

I dont like the shape of the liana? but i want to ask how is the brake performance of the car? because in xli brakes like you have fixed skates in the car? and you apply the brakes it slips?

but i still prefer all of you guyz to buy an city the new one not the old one?

@sami brakes are good atleast 1000 times better than baleno :). and all liana's except rxi have abs and ebd in them.

wel ive kept , corolla gli 03, city 04,baleno 05, nowadays i have liana lxi.. and i must say that this car is far better then xli.. gli.. city.. baleno etc.. im really satisfied with my car:

The problem is not with the suspension but with the great general tyres. The stock general tyres are of very poor quality. After i have changed the tyres of my corolla it has become smoth like anything. When i was getting the tyres change the shopkeeper told me that the stock general tyres are 4 ply tyres.while the general tyres that are sold in market are 6 ply tyres. so even the 6 ply 175/70 general tyre is very comfortable but these stock tyres are of very bad quality. I have heared from many people that corolla skids when you applied the brakes and due to this reason when i was about to buy a car i was very coonfused. but atlast i decided to go for corolla. And so far i did not experience any skiding even after applying brakes near hundred. plz some one tell me how it skids so that may be i will also try to make it skid

Bhai logo..... all desi cars have a quality issues..... they are just charging the ppl alot... while not even returning that ppl are paying for.....

My father just bought GLi 1.6 .... what a shame when i see the interior... not even compatible for spending 12Grand.... the finishing is pethatic.....

in same cng average Liana is best , giving 170 to 180 kms at long running at above 100km/h , and in city 100 to 110 with AC at 295 to 300 Rs CNG. city aur xli ka patta nahi cox kabhi dalwai nayhi maine khud coz there isnt any CNG station around 40 to 50 kms. is lize ziada tarr petrol per hi chalate hain Daharki main .

in comfort sab apne hisab se behtar hain .. accessories main liana .. comfort aur grip main city.. aur pick main xli

baki city to city hai and 2006 hona is better then Liana and Xli .. Xli giving 15kms in long and 10 to 11 in city with AC .. and city 17 to 18 in long running and 12 to 13km/L in city and Liana hehehe 14 to 15 in long and 10 to 11 in city WITH AC.

aur na poocho yaaar SUNNY huuhh 19 kms per litre with AC but under 90km/h ( abbu ki drive hai na and no music also

in last every sab main koi na koi khobi aur khami hai Prize main liana suit kerti hai 849000 with cng fully loaded JVC mp3 player aur kia chahieyyyyyyy

well...corolla does not skid unless you FLOOR THE BRAKE PEDAL.......here is a tip how you can experience the skidding .........look for an empty road with speed breaker.......approach the speed breaker at speed of around 80 to 100 km..... floor the brake pedal.......bang......the car will skid like its floating on water..........and you will not be able to stop it before speed breaker.........try it......it will be interesting.....

Yes, Liana is a nice car. Better than XLi. Now I am disappointed that Toyota Indus are really looting the XLI owners. Look how:

As for city, my friend has it. He said that City is a good car but still it doesn't offer as much luxuries like Liana for e.g JVC
