Liana looks better with rims?

i have liana .i want to change rims n tyres.i m lookin to get bigger rims around 15 to16 inch.i would like to know what changes should be made to the suspension before getting new rims.i also would like to know the tyre size and company.wat about the factory size rims r they much better if yes than which tyres should i buy.

sure it will look better with decent alloy rims..not too flashy
dont go over 15" rims.....u'll have to get lower profile tyres with them and that'll ruin ur ride

my advice..go for 15" rims with 195/65 tyres...dont get too wide tyres..they spoil the look and splash mud all around

for tyres my favourites are Yokohama A539 or Yokohama C-Drive

If your LIANA is LXI, SPORT or EMINENT, then make sure the height of your tire is not more than the height of the original tyre!!! With RXi, it is OK.

That means a lower profile on a bigger wheel if you are going over 14" on the rim.

Remember this because different tyre height will cause your ABS system to malfunction and you will experience a change in the braking characterisitic of the vehicle.

it is still quite high car even if puts low profile tyres.

SpeedDemon is probably right. high tyres can affect abs. cuz in ABS there are sensors that check the rpm of tyres and so breaking is dependant on rpm and not the speed of the vehicle. height difference changes the speed but not the rpm so it can cause variation in braking characteristics.
