Liana m16a from non vvti to vvti swap

Hello pakwheelers.

I have changed my m16a engine to vvti m16a.
It's almost a new engine

All i want if anyone has ecu pin outs for vvti ecu and non vvti ecu.

And how can i connect vvti system to the engine.

Do i have to change ecu?
If yes?
Then do i have to get wiring?

Its vvt first not vvti

Second you need vvt ecu make vvt engine work right vvt ecu will control oil flow in cam pulley also wiring is a bit different also make sure your ecu supports your transmission there are some jdm ecu that work with both auto and manual

I just need pin outs bro. I know how does things work. If anyone has pin outs it'd be very easy for me.

What was the cost of swap? I might change mine m13 with m16 and auto tranny. Can you give me a rough idea of cost? And what would need to be changed if swap is opted

Bro i went from m16 to m16vvti so i installed same assembly on same wiring and ecu.
So assembly costed me 20k. And complete engine with wiring ecu and sensors is for around 35k. Purana dekar. And if im not wrong, you're using same gear so no need to change axles. So expenses will be like, mechanic fitting cost, wiring cost, oil etc. I don't see anymore expenses in it.

In my opinion, you must have to change the engine bay wiring, if you install vvt-based ecu. Because both ecu connectors are different considering arrangements of wire. If you find any mechanic who knows how to activate vvt system, please do let me know. I also have swapped m13 non-vvt into m15 vvt.

But your case is different you don't want vvt to get running. But i need this feature. But i think you're right engine bay wiring change karni hogi.
