must be false rumours spread by mechanics who cant fix EFI cars :P..any ways, i had a baleno for almost 3 years, never had a problem with it.

If you can afford it, go for a newer car..meaning, Liana. Peace of Mind. Have one...no problems, beautiful drive. Push it, and it will rip the road apart. Wonderful ABS brakes.
At the time of purchase, I test-drived a Liana and a Lancer 1.6 automatic...Liana was more fun to drive, probably b/c it was manual.

Well liana is a slow duck and problem is since its a SUZUKI 12 lack is a bit A LOT for it if it was 8 lack for Liana then its the business But ID still go for 1.6Gti if u put some SUPEr BRAKES in it i remember i drove it second gear 105 Kph easy but it just
didnt stop where it was suppose to damn that cat still haunts me

@9BL Liana for 12 lakh? Somebody cheated you big time You get 1.6 version for 8.9 lakh, but most people buy 1.3 versions because 1.6 is only available with automatic tranny Rxi is something below 8 but not sure of the exact price. Neither of them are slow by any standards. You need to try a City Vario to experience SLOW.

can anyone plz tell me fuel average of baleno 2004/2005??? on petrol... secondly em confused between cultus or baleno, i want fuel efficient car with low price so i thought baleno is good option but my friends told me that part and repairing and maintenance costs much more then cultus and alto... plz anyone gimme advise baleno or cultus or alto???

Yes baleno maintenance is a bit higher than cultus and alto also the control arm (kenchi) on baleno can't be repaired and are changed when ball joints wear out control arm of baleno aren't cheap

About fuel economy its same as cultus

What about Liana?
It's 2019 now and I'm buying my first sedan!
Is Liana a good option or should i go for baleno?
