went to IG motors, Suzuki 3s, first to confirm prices and my breath is still not stable to write the price of parts...

There you have it! The water body failed and that was the reason! Water body doesn't fail all of a sudden, There must have been some noise or loose belt or something which was ignored.

today i gave car to a mechanic. paani exhaust se aise nikall raha tha jaise tap kholtay hain...badly missing. but apne paon pe chal ker gai car.

he asking 2500 for labour...550 ki approx gasket...1700 ka oil ka dabba ayega approx...shayed head phase karana hoga tou wo bhi around 500...

Never apply oil or regular grease to fan belts. Apply some soap instead.

Check the belts for looseness.

Pleaseeeeeee 600 wali gaskit na dalwana warna 4-6 month main dobara a jao ge workshop per. please visit good Suzuki dealer and get the original gaskit ............. aur main tu kahon ga Dealership se hi kaam krwao

and yet today's very morning my mechanic applied grease on my ride's AC belt to stop/silent that strange noise - not exactly choo choon lol as explained by other user here.

What can that grease cause to belt now? I am I waiting for a problem to appear?

Please don't do that! Your cooling system will have mayonnaise in it and it will be ruined.

ok brothers, here is the whole story...

when i gave my car to mechanic on friday evening, he opened the head by 9pm that day. i visited him saturday morning, the cars's head was totally out on the floor and he said to bring following:

gasket
silicon tube
water body
oil ka dabba
oil filter

i was on my bike and father was with me...so i asked my dad to visit nearest 3s Suzuki IG motors for samaan..

wahan pohnchay tou banday ne burnt gasket dekhi, aur kaha k this one is thick, means pehle se he moti gasket fit hai since head is shaven..and they have just the original size gasket not the thick one...so better to buy thick one from market...

the rates given were:
3500 for gasket
9500 for water body
2250 for oil ka dabba....

this was totally insane!!!

we went to our old and trusted parts wala, and the total bill was 3450 including the following:

600 gasket
1250 waterbody of A1 quality
oil filter and a sasta wala oil just for flushing the engine for 1000 km or so ...

total expense was 3450 for parts and 2700 for labour... nearly 6200..

car is not leaking water, quantity is full...

hope things go on fine now

what i still doubt is that the temperature needle is not working fine. uski kya jugaar hai doston?

also. car is not well on petrol ..missing kr rahi hai...he said 2 injectors are bad.. so need cleaning or replacement.

cng per set hai since no injectors involved...

so. what to do of injectors?

dost gasket hai he itne ki...suzuki wali 3500 ki...wo bhi urr jaegi jab car garam hogi...aur ye 600 wali bhi...tou kya faida

Gasket should be of original asbestos ,local or imported .

if temp gauge not working.... he may have removed thermostate valve or some connector near engine head is not connected properly.

@proverbial_slang brother can you please explain how these no ff cng work on waste sprak system I mean how the sprak take place as the cam sensor/ckp sensor would not work on cng (i guess) and no distributor to command coil to ignite cng
