Yeah tb cleaning or tappet adjustment, in my case it was due to excessive sulphur at battery terminals causing missing and low rpm in CNG and faulty CNG fuse.

Grind shims to correct thickness and putt them between cam lobe and vavle it pretty easy process but the neem hakeem mechanic we have here are so qualified that they remove valve and grind vavle big idiots or they remove old shims and grind and futher bad idea
