Salam everyone at Liana fan club.

I have a question as i am new to Liana. Which Engine Oil should be used in Liana 2006 with millage of 200,000. The previous owner is telling differed brands. I am using Havoline Formula 10w 30 in Honda city with 144000 millage. I think the same 10w30 would also good for Liana with millage of 200,000.

Pls reply urgently Liana experts.

Havoline Formula is fine.
In Islamabad you can also easily find Petromin Ultra 7 20W50, its a good mineral oil too for this much used car.
Likewise if the engine is still in top notch condition, you can also opt for Liqui Moly 10W40 MoS2 Semi-Synthetic oil.

And only use genuine filters.

Yes you may opt for Zic or Liqui Moly as suggested by Skill bhai & Zank, Both are excellent oils & if it is not a typo i.e ur mileage is seriously 200000 (2 lac) then try using thicker Oil of 20-50W & that too a mineral oil as Synthetic oils are not recommended after 80-90K Km, one should go for Semi Synthetic ones after 80-90K mileage....
In Islamabad, Petromin Ulta-7 is the best oil available in the market, I have recently switched to it from Havoline & believe me, there is hell of difference in performance & oil change gap. Ultra-7 easily lasts for 7000Km while Havoline hardly lasts for 3000-3500 Km, after that engine feels heavy & sound is also changed.

yesterday i flushed the cng filter with patrol once and the symptoms are encouraging the drive has got smoother a bit, I m planning to get the cylinders drained for any oil deposits along with the kit, and thinking of repeating the process with the CNG filter if i dont find one available easily.

Is it some thing paper/card or a mesh of some sort:-!
You may contact GASLANE chuburji for this particular part,he might be having this but be careful as they are suckers:P

Thanx for your response skill, do you have any contact number of the Company you are talking about, if yes please share. For the inner of the filter its not visible from outside all you see is metal body with a metal pipe passing through it.

I think it's 'gasline' you are referring to. If it is so then it is on Bahawalpur road. When coming from mozang chungi towards choburji, it comes on your right just after crossing the GOR gate.

This filter was of PKR 2300 from the dealership 6 months ago I suggest to FF CNG liana owners to buy additional in advance as if the CNG kit are restricted then this filter will become a difficult to find commodity.

Injectors are expansive and vital in performance. This filter keep the injectors free from oil and other impurities in the gas and gives you trouble free ride.

The recommended grade is 20w50 according to the manual. I have been using Shell blue which its treated at 10w40.

Just wondering that what does the knob there at the lower left of the steering assembly does ? If you push, it does come down, but whats the function?
Seems like a steering tilt to me, but the steering is not coming down...

Its for sure steering tilt. Just push it down and then adjust your steering height accordingly...

I have checked the manual and it does say that it is for steering column tilting, but the manual was for some international version (with lots of optional things, even a cruise control).
It will be good if the steering wheel can come down a bit, as I have a medium range hand-reach
