Manual never takes atf

Manual takes 75w90,85w90,75w80
Atf is only for automatic transmission.

am talking about steering oil bro . you prescribed me liquimoly atf dexron 3 for its steering oil change .. why not mtf for steering oil change ?

Just read the cap of your powerfluid bottle?
You'll see dexron written on it.
And mtf is really thick, and has totally different grade.

Incase you're not understanding what i am saying, just download user manual of liana or swift and see what's written in, it which fluid to pour.

just checked today there is nothing mentioned on the reservior bottle in my car and i have took it to suzuki mechanic he told me that your power steering pump has gone bad as car starts to whine when steering wheel turns in any direction so asked the price of brand new pump from pak suzuki and they say new steering pump for liana is available for 58k .. and it cannot be repaired so need your suggestions what to do ? also power steering oil is boiling inside reservior its on low level and steering rack is also leaking oil down below but first want to fix steering pump then steering rack in the end plus my car is 2007 model and its steering oil has never been changed before so looking for suggestions

my options now

1) get used kabli pump and install that but no guarantee if its repaired before or not and when it might go bad again ?
2) get brand new pump from paksuzuki and stay worry free for another 10 years ?
3) repair my already installed steering pump if its possible ?
4) get some cheap new chinese power steering pump which i donot prefer

10years? Bro it's Suzuki Pakistan not Suzuki Japan.

And kabli power pump is very much reliable.
I can get you a pull over pump from clean engine. And I'll even get you money back gurantee incase it's repaired and it will be Japanese used, very less mileage.

And you need to replace the steering assembly too.
Kabli clean rack is available too.
Cheezen dhundnay se milti hain bro.

New parts in Suzuki is not a good idea from Pakistan. If you've some relative abroad, u can buy new Japanese quality parts but not from Pakistan.

So let me know if you require hassle free pump and steering.

I have Suzuki Liana LXI 2008 total driven 178,000km
I have following issues and your suggestions required

1. In 4th gear on 60-80km/hr when I release accelerator pedal gear leaver jerking
2. Sometimes RPM down to 0.5 and engine vibrate (feel engine wants to Off) but after few secends RPM goes normal 0.8
3. On motorway when speed over 110 -120 dag dag dag sound come left side (I have checked shock, control arms and elper road bush is ok)

The things you need to check are

1) engine gear mount located beneath gear lever
2) inspect axle inners and the pley in inners by holding the rod and jerking it in cw and acw positions, if there's to much pley that left sound is because of this. If it's not the case your middle cross member known as gatri might be touching silencer collar and it will be having marks on it. This usually happens when u have broken engine mounts or your car has been damaged while passing from some deep puddle from down.

3) for rpm issue you need to clean your iacv knows as Autochoke located on throttle body.

Assalam o alaikum.. I m new to the group.. And liana as well.
I had recently bought liana rxi 2012..65000km driven
Now having following problems..
1. Axle and bearing of left side now producing sound
2. Clutch plates issue.. Vibration only in 1st gear

I have showed it to my known mechanic.. They have advised for clutch and pressure plates replacement..

My question
Shall I go to authorized dealer? What will be the cost difference?

I have not got any work done in my car yet.. So no experience at all..

liana 2009 72k done petrol driven only.

pick is not that good. seems like when you race it, rpm increases but not the race that much. when you race it, it sounds like bhooon and rpm goes up to 3 and above but it does not accelerate that much. bhag nhi rahi... what could be the issue? plz help

U need new clutch plate pressure plate and thrust bearing......and next time Don't rest ur foot on clutch pedal and Don't lug ur car in high gears......and Don't use ur clutch on steep incline to make car stationary....use hand break instead
