First of all check main high pressure line of the steering hydraulic pump if its leaking then replace it because it cant be repaired and its too much costly its about Rs.5500/- If problem is with low pressure pipe then its low cots pipe. The hydraulic pump its self may have malfunction of leaking it cost is about Rs.3000/-and other thing is please be careful about level of the hydraulic oil.

Second regarding fuel consumption:
1. please let check & clean its all four injectors at auto machine.some time any one injector may do over fueling.
2. Check its oxygen/O2 sensor its mal functioning may also do over fuel.
3. Check its temperature sensor wither working correct or not
4. if fan is direct then it consumes more fuel.Engine having optimum temperature (83 Celsius) cater best performance.
5. its recommended fuel average on long rout is 16 Km per liter.
Third thing is if there is factory fitted assembly then please use shell 20w50 API SL (red Bottle) because its old car now.Other wise its recommended oil grade is 10w40 API SN

Yar abid bhai 20w is for winter.
Ya standard temperature cranking.
Usko kyun cherhtay hain log.
Agar issue hai bhi to 40 ya 50 increase karen but don't touch 5w 10w and don't make it 20w.

Liquimoly ka 10w60 fully synthetic dal le banda jisko koi issue horaha hai.

Baki if engine starts eating 10w40, to its better to swap it or rings replace karli jaen. Because feeding thicker oil kills the crank bearings and cams

Bhai people don't have awareness.
Mechanics hath laga kar thickness bta dete hain. Kay jee 20w50 ki chiknai dekhen kitni achi hai and they call 0w20 ya 5w30, o sir jee ye dekhen ye paani hai pani, ye engine ko tabah kardega. Aisi mechanics jis jagah hon wahan idr ki local companies ne 20w50 hi produce krna haina.

Comfort, driving, space, options, build quality etc etc no comparison with Alto. A bit heavy on fuel just like alto. Parts are flooded in markets like Cultus (seriously)! Best thing is that you will get hold of a good car in low budget. It has the famous M series Suzuki engine. Search on net to know in how many cars this engine is being used

Liana engine is prone to water. Its coils get damaged. Therefore never washed ir even allowed any one to throw a drop of water in engine bay. Only air cleaned. As a result never been to work.shop everrrrrr
