Dear issue is not with the recommendation, think by yourself we are living in the country with high petroleum prices, and in that country we're getting automobile oil for how much? 1500-2000 ka kitna
4 litres? If even you leave this point fake oils are locally packed and jesay mechanics sabko ulu bana lete hain basaani to ye oil manufacturers unke bhi baap hain mechanics ko b ulu bana lete hain and some are like we don't bother...

I'm myself a petrol head and engine rebuild or opening is a piece of cake for me without exaggeration so i have tried many oils and i saw these cheap brands created sludge deposit. Some o n cam side and some under the Pistons and crank bearings were scratchy.. And whnever i have opened liquimoly, fuchs driven or meguin driven literally haven't seen any sludge deposit, not underneath Pistons. No wear signs on crank bearings and most importantly improved performance. Basically oil selection is a unsolved puzzle.. Im basically explaining from engine condition perspective.

So remember one thing, we're that nation jisko 'free' ka word attract karta hai ya 'sale' ya 'discount'
We are least bothered about quality or health of our automobiles.. So when a person can buy a car costing 500k+ he/she can invest on 5-6k oil change for 10k km which is in short 3k rs on 4-5k km interval....

Issue is not with you using something and i proving it wrong. Issue is with you spending on quality and in return enjoying the quality...

And i only recommend liquimoly or amsoil...

Yar bhai jaan na to ap bahir kay mulk mein rehte hain na yahan koi quality control hai, and yahan na paani saaf hai na khana saaf na hi yahan petrol ka ron number up to the mark or log bhi bemaan hain yahan they charge you for 100% and give you only 10% quality... So the shell you're getting is not the one used in Ferrari. Is ghatiya shell pe ap Ferrari ki chabi ghumayengay to uska connecting rod bol jaega... I know you love to strike cheap and discounted deals plus you ignore all the basic facts which are told by manufacturer. Ap karte haina aisa? Which is not wrong since it's your will...

What i am trying to say is abhi yahan koi banda agar quality chahta hai to kindly usko open awareness dia karen kay mein kixx use krta hun ya shell wo b acha hai and agar ziada premium quality chaye to you can find amsoil and liquimoly... That would be a very just advice.

this is what i wanted to hear that it doesnt mean that all other brands are crap. also, please give reply to my Q that how is diesel engine oil to be used in CNG/Petrol driven cars? any benefit whatsoever?

My car total car driven is 230k & engine was changed 25k ago With kabuli M13a but when it was changed wiring was changed but one of the wiring was faulty which was been installed so there is slight jhatka specially on ac not much if the rpm while driving is above 1500+

I had zero awareness about oils and air filters..

Aur jab wo electric sensor wager saaf hongay na dubara kabhi theek nai ho sakengay pyaaray bhai. And throttle saaf krne se jhatkat nai theek hotay kabhi bhi. It has nothing to do with jhatkas...

Jerking is affiliated with coils... Or injectors mostly.
Is engine mein ziada tar coils get bad and cause hiccups.

Whenever i race my car, rpm goes up but it does not accelerate accordingly and does bhoon bhoon. I got it checked with a mechanic as well and he said to change clutch and pressure plates. Gave me an estimate of 10k with labour. (Kabli). He further said that if u don't get this job done early, ur engine will get affected seriously.

Please advise. One of the Pakwheelers in this forum also advised me that thurst bearing and plates are gone.

Is spending 10k for this job high or appropriate. What shud i do? Please advise.

What could be the expense of this job? I replaced thurst bearing. Clutch and pressure plates cost please. Karachi.

Dear, that boon boon is the rev limiter. That's the limit where u can take the rpm to in each gear.

Secondly if you're not achieving speed and limiter is hitting means your engine is producing full power but gear aka transmission is not transmitting the power to the wheels...

So if you don't change it your car can stand on road, not move upon releasing clutch.
This thing can't damage engine. So mechanic is just tricking u for Labour instantly.

But slip clutch plate can make ur car stop anywhere.

If your pressure plate is not wobbling and u see a slip clutch plate. You can buy exedy clutch plate for 4500-5000 rupees. And bearing nsk or ntn for 1450 rupees. And get the flywheel pressure polished and pressure balancing done by some good kharaad guy.

If pressure plate is wobbly you can either fix it by lathe/tool with kharaad guys. Or you can buy a complete new set of exedy.
It might be around 8500-9k
And clutch release bearing.

Mechanic would take 2-3k anywhere in between.
And also after this practice replace ur clutch cylinder fluid to a new sieken dot 3 fluid..

Rpm is going up but not accelerating accordingly. This is the real issue. U rightly said it exactly feels like engine is producing power but wheels are not moving accordingly. All i got from ur reply is "i am facing slip clutch issue and i need to change clutch plates" which will cost me around 4 to 5k. Labour alag. Right? And how do i know if plates are wobbling or not?

I recently got thrust bearing changed. So i think there is no need to change them.

But what about pressure plates?

Are clutch and pressure plates different? Pardon, i dun know much abt it

Dear the part that gets slipped is clutch plate.

Pressure plate is a metal plate one side, shiny and other side has metal fingers which are flexible..

So once you open the gear just take, it to any good engineering work guy.. Take flywheel along.

do a test, put your car in 3rd gear, pull up the hand brake and release the clutch at once. If the car's engine shuts off right away, then the clutch plate is fine. if car dies after few secs, then clutch is slipping at needs attention ASAP. gone clutch plates is stressing your engine and also consumes more fuel
