Im getting 12kmpl local on m18a auto eminent and long 16 alhamdulilah. Fans are auto, thermostat plugged in using 5w30 liquimoly molygen

I use to get very similar mileage even once few years back in 2013 we got lhr to isb mileage of 17 which is difficult to beleive
Btw any suggestions for improvement?

Yes we can but you've to buy everything of liana eminent to make it trouble free..
Well to be honest i have eminent and i changed the engine from 1.6-1.8 but using same transmission since then without any troubles, whether hilly areas like khunjerab pass, lowari pass. Automatic is so far better than manual... Manual is a hassle..

Any one else who could tell me what the reason for not good mileage my car gives jhatkas a little bit because of one the wires are weak relating to electric, also i felt drop in mileage after i did put collant mix few months back mileage & temperature both have dropped drastically ,does that count on mileage .

i need to know details about your car. what is the total millage of your car. and jhatkas usually because of plug wires. you need to check these.

Hi Guys,

Recently Bought 2010 Liana, so far enjoying its drive. Car is in good condition mechanically as well as from body perspective. I have changed its plugs, engine oil, air filter & oil filter. Plus will add coolant in the radiator as previous owner was using water due to which rust has shown up at various places, though can be treated.

Just need advise should i go for change of gear oil, power staring fluid and brake fluids as well or not. And if yes how much will it cost and what brands are available. Secondly, how much brake pads cost of Liana.

gear oil, PS oil, Brake oil are all generic items and purchase from any big auto store or Metro but ensure all is 100% genuine. once you go for brake bad changing, then change brake oil. any mechanic can tell you if these 3 need changing or not as they are not usual replaceable items. brake pads come in many qualities. best ones cost around under 3k but i used Malaysian made for 1100 a pair only - still going strong in 3rd year

Thanks Abid for the information, its just that the vehicle has been driven 120K before purchase so i am not sure whether the previous owners ever changed these fluids in last 8 years or not.

Oem disc pads cost 5500
And brake shoes 4500 and they're good for 50k km
Plus you can use liquimoly 85w90 trans fluid and liquimoly atf dexron III brake fluid

Congratulation on buying Liana... Well i have changed my Liana front disc pads from suzuki dealership and it costs me PKR10,000/- and i have driven 20,000 kms without any issue.

Abid bhai craze nai hain, mein neche se upar aya hun. 1200 ka 4 litre oil se shell zic total kixx koi chora nai tha.. Aur phir I'm a liquimoly user since 2008. I used liquimoly diesel purge in my Nissan Cd20. So bus pta chala oils bhi hain and coolant too. So basically sab oils ka experience tha mujhay so meine farq talash kiye in sastay oils mein and premium quality oils mein jese liquimoly, amsoil.

My car is four wheel disc and currently its driven 30k km and since it was automatic so disc pads are 3/10 now. I'm happy with them because these Malaysian, third class japani mk were 1100-1200 but na to stopping power thi unki na hi wo 7-8000 km se upar chaltay thay so that's why moved to this oem product.
