Thank for your advice, visited a Key Maker and he found the problem in Key, rather than ignition switch. So he removed machine from original key and fitted in new key body the he duplicated key. So far it is working ..

Liana 2006 model Rxi
Mileage 145000
Still perfect condition
But some very minor voice on engine
Checked by my self but I can't understand which voice so gos to mechanic checking properly & he saying it's cam shaft voice & second mechanic saying same story cam shaft voice
But engine have no smoke no heat up water dropping
Some mechanic saying me it's repairable
Downside near about to 15k to 20k but it's own your risk so I can't take any risk
And other mechanic saying same thing but he saying don't worry it's just voice ap chalai 2 year b chal jai ga ..
But now I am finding assembly 1.5 Hyderabad & Karachi rate 1.3 available in Hyderabad Swift engines available many but 1.5 not available on Hyderabad 1.3 rate 40k 35k 28k different type price depends on condition but 1.5 rate 45k 50k 55k best condition's but I preferred 1.5​ because pick up power and now purchased 1.5 assembly from Karachi shersha net and clean assembly 54k with exchange expansive but rates fixed
And warranty just for week smoke+oil+heat up

Now work start assembly condition

It's vvt engine but can't active because need card & wirring mean 25k extra so I have no extra budget

Voice like zero meter engine MashaAllah

Assalam o Alaikum,
While discussing the Liana Conversion (manual to auto), i was worred about installation of 1600cc Gearbox in 1300cc engine.
A mechanic told me that there will be no problem, as the gearbox (auto) has a separate ECU and engine as a separate ECU...

Can somebody please tell me if it is true?
