Liana reviews and suggestions

As-Salam o a Alaikum all PWers.
i want reviews of liana 2007 from the person who are using or who had experience liana beforo that how it performs drive maintance cng average etc. etc. and tell me guys that em selling my civic exi 2005 and going for liana bcz this car will now be in my drivers hand for home purpose and civic cant survive my this need due to high maintanence ..
so tell me guyz liana is a good option it will save my 300k almost or any other option i can go for .. Thanks

I would say that Liana is the best option if u r driving it urself but if ur driver isnt a smooth driver then better go 4 cultus. Regarding average if it is original cng then it would do 180 to 250 km on long routes depending on ur driving style and use of a/c. In city it gives u around 150 per filling. Its drive is wonderfull and has all the luxuries u would like. Please watch 4 water leaks and dont let the engine over heat.

Ive had a number of Lianas under my tools - they are nicely made (tall though) great for me.

The problem with drivers is that they dont care about anything in the car - in a few months, you will be changing the clutch, servicing the A/C, need new steering parts, have it a adjusted a million times. - Most causes are drivers holding the clutch on bite point which heats the clutch plate to a fully baked biscuit, they would be sleeping in the car with A/C on - overheating the engine room etc etc.

Best get a cheapo car for driver purpose - Mehran/Bolan would be best.

thanks bro . You mean water leaks which is radoator problem ? and over heating is always due to radiator ? If no then what are the other cases ?

Thanks for the reply bro my driver is smooth from past two years he is driving exi 2005 which i bought for my shughal but i drive car ones in week or 2week he is a smooth driver he is our driver from past 21 years so his driving is not like other regular drivers . Daily running of car is 50 to 75 which will be same for the next car also.. you wont get that comfort of civic in liana but it will do just fine ... i suggest a corolla to be given to driver ... no matter what you do with it ... it will still be running ... i dun mean to start a honda / toyota war here ... i am saying this on the basis of personal exp.

According to my experience of liana,there is nothing odd in this car and its a pleasure to drive.
Any misused car of ANY BRAND will be problematic and Pakistan is a land of rumours.I have found this car as best value for money.
Simply just get well maintained car and enjoy.

This reply from Xulfiqar bhai is more than enough for you. He is an automobile expert I think doing Ph.D(kidding) & is one of the very few Gurus of Pakwheels. If he is saying it is a nicely designed car then it is... Just needs care as it is very sophiticated, not for ill mannered people

Just remember never press accelerator paddle too hard or else it will eat-up all the fuel in half the above mentioned targets.... Usage of accelerator paddle is something tricky but will learn in a few refills

I own a liana almost a year and find it very comfortable,easy to maintain since is was a second hand car withs 55k on the dial but i have done nothing else than changing plugs, air filter, oil and new tyres, gives 150km wd AC on highways, and touching 170 km/hr is just no problem.
