Liana self starter doing nothing while ignition the Key

Assalam-o-alaekum all brother and members of this forum.
My Name is noman Mushtaq, I am from Karachi.
5 days ago I have bought the Liana RXI 2006. MASHALLAH the car is in good condition but I am facing a issue right now.
Aj subho meiene socha k car ko start kerlon 3-4 din hogay hein car start nhn ki...jaysi he gari ki chabi ko ignition position per lay ja ker mein mazid chabi ko twist kerta hoon to self ki awaz bhi nhn ati or meter per tamaam lights dim hojati hein siway door open ignition k. or car start nhn hoti.
kuch dayr tak issi terhan try kertay rhein to car aik damsay self layti hay or start hojati hay...
Car ki battery 100% ok hay. Kam az kam battery fault nhn hay..
Could any one guide me here what is actually happening with my car & what is actual problem in my case.

Your starter is the problem.
Get it serviced.

Your self starter needs urgent service.
No issue, in Karachi's climate nowadays, it is common and you will see lots of cars standing due to this issue.

Go to Abdul Malik self starter and dynmo alternator service, Gulshan-e-Iqbal 13-D near practical centre

meiene previous car owner say contact kya hay unhon ne bataya hay k self starter recently change kya hay...
or wohmujhay suggest ker rhay thay k is self starter per relay lagwa loon..but men yeh janna chahta hoon k aisa q zaroori hay...kya kahein kuch or masla hay jo self starter coil cuppy ko proper current nhn ja rha ya phir koi or issue hay...kindly is mein rehnumae fermaein zara..

Starter is weak issi liye relay laga dete hain. It's better if you get it serviced with a proper electrician

I got one on gulshan 13d area..but that is too far from my home...

Uno na kabli self lagaya ho ga. That was used as well. Uski service hony vali hai.

acha meien aik or chez check ki hay car mein via using volt meter.
jab meien key ko ignition position per lay ker jata hoon to ager issue self starter mein hay or woh load lay rha hay ya what ever us mein koi service ki zaroorat hay...to atleast battery say usko izzafi current latyna chahiyay..or battery k volt lazmi lazmi kam hojanay chahiyein ignition daytay waqt...per aisa nhn ho rha...means self starter tak chabi ko inginition position daynay per signals nhn arhay...
meri samjh k mutabaik kahein rastay mein koi gar bar hay...
kya koi originaly koi relay ya koi or system hota hay between self starter & switch iginitioning..!?
kya aap mein say koi yeh jaanta hay...
umeed hay meri baar sabko samjh aae hogi...!!

your fault can be as simple as bad battery terminals. i have experienced same issue in my own car, replaced with bigger battery terminals.

i had self issue in my Baleno, so on recommendation of some people i installed 'diesel wala self' which is considered very powerful - from Liaquatabad market. near star gate, there are dozens of part dealers/electricians - you can safely get your self serviced too or changed too - but before do focus on battery terminals first.

Lights dim hony ka matlab hai ky stator is consuming load. Or apki lights dim hoti haien. Battery voltages drop nae hoty. Apko current dekhna pary ga kitna draw ho raha.
Yes ignition relay and fuse is located in engine bay fuse box.
If lights doesn't get dim on starting point then that means ignition switch it selfs is bad.

recently i had similar issue my electrician just installed a relay for self and now the problem is gone

hassan bhai mene apna sabsay pehla comment perha hay, wahan mujhsay aik ghlati hogae explain kernay mein k clister meter ki lights dim nhn hoti per jo small meter hay dashboard k center men temprature + clock wala, uski lights bilkul dim hojati hein jaisay hein switch ko start position men lata hoon...
per cluster area ki tamaam lights or ignitions dim nhn hoti...

saad bhai thank you for sharing your experience...
but have you asked your electrician why we need place a relay on self starter if there is any issue in starter coil or self body...why don't he change that part and don't put the relay on self...!? As I know Company didn't place any kind of relay on selfstarter...am I right..!?
I mean we must know why he is putting relay on starter...what will be the issue behind the relay placement..!

Yes ignition relay and fuse is located in engine bay fuse box

hassan bhai...kya aap exact place bata saktay hein k yeh ignition relay kahan per hota engine room mein ya cabin men..!? if any image for guidance then highly appreciated on that dear...

there's no relay inside the fuse box only for ignition. there are fuses. There's Main relay that control ecu and other stuff.

i dont think its an ignition relay issue - as i told you in my previous post, start from simplest - i.e checking your battery terminals and replacing them with bigger ones after thorough cleaning of battery points.

Yes he told me usually after so many years of service ignition system wiring and ignition relay loses power that's why a relay is added i was reluctant myself to add a relay but after relay i didn't had that issue till now by the way what type of battery are you using i mean ( Liquid maintenance wali ) or DRY maintenance free ? cuz I've noticed i never faced this issue till i was using liquid AGS batteries but since I've switched to dry Deawoo batteries I've been noticing lack of cranking power

Brother Abid & Hassan, please have a look to some snaps that I have captured for you. As you can see the terminal don't have any rust on them and they are fully griped of their appropriate poles.
hassan bhai please listen the sound of "Tick-Tick" carefully when I am giving shifting the key to start position. It seems like there is some relay which is working and giving sound "Tick-Tick" isn't that...!?

aik or baat..jab mene engine room mein bara fuse box khola to usmein aik yelly color ka fuse alag say oper rakh huwa tha bus...yeh kya koi extra fuse rakha huwa hay box men? high resolution images attach ki hay mene yahan per Or video upload kernay ki koshish ki thi meien per I think it's not allowed by the admin of this forum...lehaza meien apni G-drive per yeh video upload ki hay...please have a look

or sab say bari paryshani ki baat yeh hay k gari abhi start bhi nhn ho rahi k mein isko kahein mechanic shop per lay ker ja sakon.
