here is my comparison of both the cars. I own a Liana RXi cng not ff and just bought a xli for father also converted it on cng
1 In luxuries xli lacks power windows (they really doesnt matter)
2 Both cars have mp3 remote controlled player but liana has 4+2 speakers whereas xli has 2 speakers but xli speakers quality is better than liana
3 Xli's power steering is softer than that of liana
4 Liana has more leg and head room both in front as well as rear
5 Liana has 5 seat belts where as xli has only front seat belt and xli also lacks a center arm rest in the back
6 xli has center arm rest/ box in front where as liana lacks it
7 Liana has insulation in bonut whereas corolla lacks it but xli is also noise less but xli makes high noise on motorway at 120 whereas liana is quite even at that speed
8 liana has better breaks
9 Looks wise corolla is better
10 xli's head lights are breath taking where as liana head lights are average in pitch dark (motorway / gt road)
11 Xli is higher than liana in terms of seats and has better ground clearence than that of liana. Liana front bumper usually touches the ground on normal areas as well.
12 Xli does not has speedo or cd player brightness controller and it makes it difficult to travel on it in night on motorway and gt road whereas you can dull the interior lights in liana and can save a headache
13 overall drive of xli is a little better than liana
14 xli's suspension is pretty soft but i dont know why you can feel even a microscopic uneven surface in the road whereas liana's suspension does not let you feel even huge khaday 
15 Liana front seats are dam comfortable where as corolla front seats sucks but its a vice versa for the rear seat.
16 xli trunk is huge.
17 xli decoration / spare parts are dirt cheap where as I am still thinking to put fog lights in liana and still cant buy those coz they are extremelly over priced.
18 on long routes both cars are good as well as in city as well
19 no matter what but xli is a prestigious brand as compared to liana
20 both of the cars are after market cng fitted, currently not getting good mileage from xli but its coz the engine is new and liana has done 23k so its giving extremelly good mileage
21 starting sound of xli is excellent but liana also has a good starting sound
22 look wise liana's engine is extremelly good looking but xli engine is average looking. (if we just look at the engine)
23 Pickup of both the cars seems to be equal.
24 xli has seatbelt warning light, its missing in liana
25 Liana has bettert view of rear side view mirrors as compared to xli thats coz they are bigger
26 its easy to reverse xli as compared to liana coz liana rear head rests are way too high
27 xli dont have any security system 
28 cng can be fixed in xli without holes whereas in liana you have to do holes to fix cylinder
29 after sales service of toyota is excellent whereas suzuki sucks big time
30 built quality of corolla seems to be better but time will tell very thing 
These were the points but if any other point comes in my mind i will let you guys know.
