Light Vibration and little missing during drive

Bros,

My car (Honda City - 2010) having very light vibration on start, feel in my foot too when it on the accelerator. While driving it has little missing too.

Last Tuning was 15000Km back. Have fresh tuning. My mechanic replaced one coil too, which is not passing current continuously. But still the issue unsolved.

Now he told me tjhat he will callibrate all the coils or see further that all the coils working properly including the one he replaced. The perfect sound of the engine also changed with little ""phrrrr phrrrrr"

Need suggestions and solutions plz.

check these:
i. air filter
ii. spark plugs
iii.finally fuel filter
iv. engine and trans mounts (vibration)

i. Air Filter replaced.
2. spark plugs cleaned by the mechanic
trans mounts are ok

will check the fuel filter. (It will be replaced or mechanic can clean and fix again?

Engine also vibrates more than usual alongwith the exhaust pump (air filter hota hay jahan)

Coil change at 15k km seriously?

Whats the mileage of your car?
Do you feel any decrease in pick?
Have you heard any knocking while driving at constant RPM?

there is no cleaning of fuel filter.you need to replace it. check your idle rpm.keep it at 800rpm.you must replace spark plugs after 2years or 40K whichever comes first.do not just clean plugs,replace them if above mentioned conditions exist .

what engine oil are you using?you must use hon specified 5W30 oil.never use 10W30 or 10W40 or 20W40.

yes, was decrease in pick too..
no knocking while driving,

Friend of my bro's, who is a good mechanic replaced fuel injectors, which he had of 2013 model.
Now almost no missing in 60 above speed, in low gears i feel some missing, which he told me will be ok after some driving, im not much satisfied with his logic.
Plugs also replaced.

You car is 120K driven and if you have never clean the catalytic converter(CAT) then I will suggest to get the CAT cleaned and fuel filter too incase you can't afford new one, however cleaning fuel filter is not a substitute of new one but it would be defiantly running better than its current situation once cleaned.
One of friend's 2011 1.3 City was having same problem as yours, Like: Low pick, increased fuel consumption, missing, slight knocking at high constant RPMs. I suggested them what I have suggested you above, Allhumdulilah his car is running fine now.

Budget is not an issue but if by cleaning both, it solve my problem, isnt i it ok?

Actually dnt want to increase the cost of the car as im going to sale it within 3-4 months. My daily run is about 20-30 km only.

If you are in Lahore I would highly recommend you to visit Shahid Ustad In Moon Market Faisal town, name of shop is MashAllah autos. If he points out the same issue then both jobs should not cost more than Rs.3500/-. Otherwise he is an expert.
