i saw a 7 series streach in islamabad. its black and late 80's or early 90's model. to me it dint seem to be in a very good condetion as firsty its quite old and secondely it dint have any LCD's in it like the wite one of MR Bage. oh and the driver said that the person who own's it, is geting another limo inported also which will be better than this one. the ofice is in F11 Markaz. and the charged r 10k per hour.
talked to them. wanted it for a function. They charge 5900/ hour and minimum is 3 hours. its for the bmw. Lincoln is for 7k / hour
