Liqui Moly: Motor Oil Saver vs MOS-2

I have a 3 cylinder non-efi Suzuki Cultus. I use 20W50 Caltex Havoline engine oil 3.5 litre.
The car has 80,000 KM on odometer ( I bought second hand).

Now, the car reduces oil. Not that much but the dipstick goes from full to midway between two point holes.

I change oil every 3000 KM and I am actually ok with Caltex Havoline engine oil.

Please tell me, do I use LiquiMoly Mos-2 or Engine Oil Saver to keep the engine from decreasing the oil?
Also, one dosage of this oil can go on for how many KMs and will oil change drain all helpful Mos-2 or oil saver?

FYI, Here's what LiquiMoly replied to me in the email.

I would recommend you to useour Motorclean Art.Nr. 1019 before you make an oil change. This additivecleans your engine and reduce the oil consumption.

If you use our MOS2 Leichtlauf10W-40 engine oil you will have a high quality engine oil which containsthe MOS2.
