Liqui Moly Rdiator Cleaner

Hi guys i have bought the above mentioned radiator cleaner and i am a bit confused regarding instructions for its use in my radiator
According to the instructions on the back of the bottle

"Add contents to the cooling water. Run the heating system. Allow the engine to
run for about 10-30 minutes at running temperature. Drain the cleaner and flush
out the cooling system with water. Fill the cooling system according to the
manufacturer's instructions
The content (300 ml) is sufficient for 10 litres of water.

"

But on some of pakwheel threads people are driving the car fro about 20-30kms before draining their radiators
But the guy at liqui moly shop said not to drive the car but to keep it at idle rpm for about 15-20 minutes

Which method should I follow?

i have used it twice on two cars .
it is very good product.
not drive the car but to keep it at idle rpm for about 15-20 minutes.it is perfect method .
i also do the same.

Should i also remove the thermostat so that the cleaner can have access to the entire cooling system
