Liquid expands when heated (boiling coolant in expansion tank)

My car is not having a thermostat and fan is on auto today I noticed Bolling sound, I immediately checked and saw coolant leaked from the expansion tank.

kindly advise.

When was the last time you had the radiator and the engine cooling bsystem flushed.

almost 06 month back i bought new radiator which was 1 inches bigger from original.

i have seen some youtube videos mostly says change CAP

The thing is you system is not holding up pressure. Change the cap with a recommended one and your problem inshallah will be resolved...

yes Inshallah first i will change the CAP, one more thing i forgot to mentioned that it is only happening when i switch on Air-condition.

Engine has much more load when the AC is on... Hence the results. Also check the speed of the fan.

and which car it is ?
cap will work only when thermostat valve is in the system., you need to insert the T/Stat valve into system before changing the radiator cap

Yes sir I missed my usual question. May be sitting at home is catching up on me

But I guess any car would have same cooling issues if the system has incomplete components. One more thing is why has the fan been on auto is the T-Stat is removed. And the system has for sure air in it..

Dear @ capsat & omersiddiqui5482 the car is JDM Cultus with automatic transmission, back in March i removed the Radiator and asked Radiator guy to get me new bigger radiator (Kabli One), what he told me that cultus size is 13 inches and i installed 14 inches and put Carrera Car Coolant and remove T-stat (keeping in view summer season) but no direct fan. the car was running perfectly until last week when i went out for work and switch on Air-condition, day before yesterday when i parked my car i heard boiling noise, i immediately open engine hood and saw coolant leaking from tank.

the JDM cultus have 0.9 bar radiator cap and a generic suzuki thermostat valve. Please check for the thermo stat valve before you change the radiator cap.
