Living in DHA Phase 7 extension karachi

Salam guys my family is thinking of shifting our house. Our budget allows us to choose between houses in phase 7 ext and gulistan-e-jauhar. Can someone who lives in phase 7 ext please guide about the utilities there? I have heard line water there is non-existent. What's the ETA on that problem being resolved?

No expected ETA its long ocer since more than a decade so no one tell. Plus in 7 ext you will also have pungent smell of fmdrainahe water specially in winters.
