caltex orange , 850 RS per litter ,,,, i recently purchase for my 2L engine ,,,,,, will be used 50/50 mix ,,,,,,,,,
as @agoodfriend said - caltex orange.
you will need close to 4 or 5 bottles as I believe your truck takes about 8 or 10 litres of coolant mixture.
@imranmaskeen the cover you posted is of fusebox over side panel under dash. i can see trailer fuse - do you have a trailer hook with plug at rear ?
All of these have the wiring already in place, its just a missing harness about 16 inches long.
Thanks dear. Yes 1kz have 9ltr capacity.
I have a few more questions1. How about toyota long life coolant? will it be fine with 50/50 ration or its harmfull?2. I have heard mixing 2T oil with diesel for 1KZ is good idea. Do you recommend it and what ration should be used with 87ltr tank fill?
Thanks in advance
Thanks for help. coming to your second question. No sir I dont have trailer plug.
dont buy 50/50 coolant, its a waste of money - buy concentrate and use that to make life easy.
9 litre capacity will be inclusive of heater core and also overflow bottle to max mark, so make sure the heater is connected, measure the overflow tank capacity to full mark, set aside 50% of that capacity from your concentrate then subtract that from your systems concentrate capacity (concentrate capacity is half of total capacity).after full flush and clean drain of system, pour in concentrated coolant and then keep on adding RO or distilled water till its full, cap it and start the engine, wait for it to burp itself Add water to expansion tank till its max capacity also. Watch gauge for overheating etc.
Thanks dear.
Can you please give your valuable input on this question as well

Thanks once again
How often does the differentials oil should be changed and the interval should be same for a 4x4 and rear wheel drive cars?
Only for weaker pumps, a better idea is to check and adjust the pump internal pressure.
It depends on life of oil. i.e. how many KM and months. normally 50,000 miles, unless your owner’s manual states otherwise. Some manufacturers recommend changing gear oil every 60,000-80,000. Same goes for 1 yr to 2 yrs time.
New finding.
Vehicle is making sound when shifting R to D or back to R. I have checked with two different mechanics and both of them said rear diff have play. Now I am not sure which diff ratio am i running cuz its never been opened before. Further, I have Diff lock as well. So new mission starts here to find differential ratio and than search for that differential (gucha) with Diff lock.

Thanks for info. However my vehicle have been upgraded to 1kz by some previous owner. Therefore, confirm ratio will only be possible after its minor surgery.
Lets see
Shaft ki awaaz tau nahi?
What sort of noise is it? A 10 second video perhaps?Put the transfer case in neutral, and shift from D to R or other way. If you still hear the noise, then it shouldn't be the diff.Usually the worn out teeth in the differential result in a solid hum, more so when decelerating.I would recommend to isolate the noise, before putting it under the knife.
Honestly i do not know. But two different mechanic said its Diff play.
I did chk like the way adeel have mentioned. It gives "TAAK" sound. Sometimes even on breaks or leaving race it gives that sound.
