Local VS company workshop

I have 2006 xli and it really had some tough life. Now it's all bruised up and needs mending. I want to sell it and earn profit. Now should I go to local mender for denting painting or should I get my car to official Toyota workshop for denting and painting?
How much of difference does local VS official Toyota workshop make while selling and purchasing a car? What's the cost benefit analysis of local and official workshop repair? Please help thanks

Costing in dealer operated workshop will not be feasible for such an old car. I had experience with Suzuki workshop recently they charge 3 times more then local market.
For new cars may be one can consider, however for a 17 years old car stay with the cost effective option.

In my observation for older cars these dealerships sublet different types of jobs to outside resources and charge you many folds more so no use going to them for older cars.
Just get it done from a reputable resource in your area and document the work. You can show that to potential buyers and get a good deal InshaAllah.

You can share which city this work is to be done in and others here can guide accordingly.
I also agree, no use going to Toyota dealership for this in most cases as they will charge considerably higher for the same job vs a reputable workshop in most cities.
