radiator of my car is not working when it should start it does not start...when i turn on ac it works awesome but not when engine heats up...what should i do..one says check its bi-metallic strip but i do not know its location...any help please...

yeah bi-metallic strip keya chez hoti hai iss ka kam keya hota hai aur kon sai model ki cars / engines mai hota hai please explain kar deejay

bi metalic strip is in side the radiator fan switch,,,,,,,,,all radiator fan switches works with bi metalic strip ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,2 different metals layered to form this strip and each bends on different temp,,,,,,,,,,,similar switch is also seen in a electric iron,,,,,,,,,,,,,in mehran the auto fan switch is located near the radiator outlet pipe,,,,,,,,,,,,,

you need to check the wiring or completely replace the fan switch, its not expensive.. btw an exposed bimetallic strip is found on RWD cars which have viscous fan clutches, the strip itself is on the fan, in japanese style visco clutches the strip looks like a wound spring in the middle of the clutch, it actually alters shape to engage and disengage the fan.your mehran has no such exposed strip.
