Location of O2 sensor in d16y4

Hello I have honda civic 1996 have d16y4 engine (manual) installed in it I am unable to find O2 sensor in it can any one tell where it is located?

Doesn't came with one.
It has fuel trim pot located behind the dashboard.

Can you please tell me why my exhaust is turning black even though the smoke does not seems to be black.I have replaced the throttle body, injectors, fuel filter,and air filter is also in good condition and the car don't have any heating issue still don't no why the exhaust is turning black.

You have any obd2 scanner?
Scan it and check the trim voltages and idle duty cycle of injectors

which grade of engine oil you are using. Do you know if PCV valve working ?

Actually this model don't support OBD2 scanner.

I am currently using kixx20w50. don't know about pcv valve .

It does supports obd. Check hondash.
You can also connect it's 3 wire connector to Elm327. It works on k-line.

Search for the 3 wire connector.
This one.

Then wire it up accordingly.
After that you can use elm327 one with pic controller.

Can you please share the link of required items so that I can buy it directly from there as there are lot of elm327 available online don't know which one has pic controller.

You have to make this conversion harness yourself.
About the elm327 " Pic controller " will be mention on them.

is car running dead cold all the time? it looks like its stuck in run O/L mode. Meaning - if your engine doesnt have a thermostat valve in it and the engine never warms up to 85C, it will dump fuel like this into the engine.

and you using 20W50 is like you preparing it on fast track for graveyard, It makes absolutely sure your engine is completely scrapped in a few thousand kms. Do not fall for the "sunn injann" mantra peddled by useless mechanics. Honda D engines are noisy by nature.

My fan is on auto when the needle of temperature goes in middle the fan goes on means thermostat is there and working properly.
Which engine oil you suggest?
And one more thing there is a little leakeage around distributor of oil I have tried to get it right many times but still it leaks and mechanics says that ...yeh Thora bohat niklta hai kiun Ka gari Zara purani hai iss ma yeh issue ata hai .. though engine is in very good condition.

Distributor has a O ring.
Get new one installed.
And switch to 10w40 first.

Have replaced that ring recently and will shift to 10w40 next time

Buy a bunch of those rings, they will leak regularly or anytime the distributor is disturbed.
