Recoil RCX694 is 18k
Sony Xplod XS-GTF6939 is 18k
Pioneer TS-A6978S is 24k
Hertz UNO X-690 is 25k
They are a little over your budget but i'd highly suggest to invest the 2-3k extra. The pioneer and Hertz are a considerable amount more than the said budget but i've put those in there for reference. The Recoil has the best midbass and can go really really loud. The Onkyo and Xplod have similar sound signature and do sound more dynamic but at the expense of being a bit bright. The recoils would be the best overall performer for under 20k
