Looking for a car with a mileage of 14+ in range of 22-28 lac

Hi, i am looking for a used car in the range of 22-28 lac rupees. The car should be automatic, should give an average of 14+ in Karachi . Our daily travel is about 90-120 kms and most of the times 3 adults and 2 kids are seated in the car. The car should have an avg maintenance cost which isn't very high
Looking for suggestions.

If hatchback is not an issue then Suzuki Cultus and Toyota Vitz should be choice. Cultus will be light on pocket in terms of maintenance while Vitz has better cabin and comfort level.
