Most welcome.
Buying a used car is very tricky as we don't know its previous history. In Pakistan the seller consider it his cleverness in how well he is able to deceive the buyer. Having said that there are 3 types of car owners. 1) Those who meticulously follow the service intervals, go to the dealer to get the work done, get the book stamped, make a file with all the bills and follow dealer recommendation when repairs are required. 2) Generally follow service intervals but not religiously and go to random shops to get the work done. 3) Don't cars and get work done when the car stops working for the cheapest place possible.
Interestingly, cars belonging to any of these three types of owners cost the same. The price is mostly determined by the model year and not its condition and previous history. So when you look for a used car do your best to find out which of the three types of owner you are buying from. Then there is the body damage. No one will ever tell you if the car was in a wreck. We do not have any car fax or car vertical in this country. I really don't know what to say other than take a reliable denter with you after you think you have found the right car.
Here is one that may suit you: https://www.pakwheels.com/used-cars/suzuki-cultus-2017-for-sale-in-lahore-8759011
Best of luck.
P. S. Instead of rebuilding the engine did you not consider an engine swap?
