Looking for professional help for construction

We are looking for a good, reputable construction company and a structural engineer for some remodel in basement located in DHA phase 5.
Pls advise

It does not matter which company you higher.they have their contractors.companies don't build but they will sell your project to " thakaydar" in lump sum.they will charge you at high end.best is bypass the companies and try to find a thakaydar .inside stories of engineers are very crule .10 lake to 15 lake he will charge you.he will show up couple of times at beginning and then once or twice in a month.thats all.if you have much money to donate these people then no problem.good luck.

Most of the people in Pakistan are not willing to pay contractors their due profit that makes the contractors reduce their profit but then they makeup thru cheating, stealing and lowering the quality. First you need to find a right contractor, pay him his due share but always keep him under vigilance.
