Looking to buy new Swift 2022 GL CVT

I am based in Lahore and am considering buying this car, and I would like to know a few things.

1) how easily this car is currently available in the market.
2) Is it easy to find with ON payment, I don't want to pay and then wait for few months to receive car as I do not have a car at the moment and need the car right away.
3) Are there are reported issues with the car such as transmission issues which I have heard but not sure are legitimate. Are there any issues with this car so far?

No major issue reported so far especially transmission related.
For availability check multiple dealerships. As I heard there is not much delay for GL CVT
