Dear members, i lost my car registration book of honda city 2014 punjab registeted. Car is on bank name. I have cleared all the dues but NOC not issued yet. I want to sale the car. May i know please how much less this car will sale with duplicate book? As car is still at bank name and its first owner was not me. Thanks for your guidence.
