Lost old owner booklet

Salam. I am going to buy honda city 2018. I will be the forth owner. The last owner has lost the booklet of first owner but he has smart card of second owner and his also. Will it be an issue?

Ps: car is of 2018 that's why it has booklet, 2019 smart card were initiated.

Dont invest your money in such a car.

logically book should be a redundant item if smart card is issued
but factually if you loose it (dealer mind set kicks in)
its a loss in resale value and regular people might avoid buying such a vehicle

Anyone can loose it due to any reason. Why the resale value might be effected. All the things are cleared from excise.

people follow the "market" trend
