Lower tyre pressure results in better grip, worse economy. Try the same turn with rear pressure at 35psi, you might even spin out.
Also drive more carefully. Especially on lose gravel, mud, sand, etc.
My guess is you entered the rough (low grip) patch while already turning at high speed. Before the rough patch car was perfectly in control, you were turning and braking. Then you enter rough patch, you realize you're losing grip, turn harder, it works but then you exit the rough patch while still turning and car regains grip and throws the rear outwards (oversteer), now you turn opposite direction to straighten the car. This will happen even in more expensive cars. It's not the car's fault.
