Lost sale deed of my car

Aoa ! I lost sale deed of my car. Car is not registered on my name. I do have all documents and an open letter. What are implications of losing a sale deed please. Will I be able to sell it ?

Sale deed is a dummy paper.

If you have cnic of the original buyer and a transfer letter you can make another stamp paper.

Sale deed is only for your benefit, its not used when you will sale it to someone else. When you will sale it you will also have a deed or stamp.

No issue its just a proff saying that you bought the car from that person whith his name and cnic because before the date of that sale dead,the reaponisibility lies on the name of that person in case of some recorded crime during that time span
Its not needed for transfer,just a proff

If the car is not in person name then it gets not only stopped at every police checklist but also police takes it away .
Also these days you need to verify your biometric thumb for transfer or registration of vehicle .
