Aoa... I have lost my smart card and registered a police report.. Was concerned about duplicate Punjab smart card... Is there duplicate written on new smart cards? Any way to avoid it?

I also lost my smart card last year but went to excise office on January 20 , 2022 they told me that duplicate will not be printed on card but due to the upgradation of system to biometric duplicate cards are not being made for some time and now its May and still they say no my near office is Multan
Plz let me know if you have submitted the application for duplicate card and what are the charges so that I should visit excise office again.

Yes received my smart card... There was someone in excise who helped us... But there's form inspection of car and fee... Duplicate is not written on card whereas it is written on online verification part

You have to take original file cnic fir report n car with you to office... They will inspect and give you clearance form.... Then they'll take your finger prints and you will get the card via tcs
