Someone stole a number plate?...... Is that how low criminals are getting, a number plate.... something needs to be done before this land becomes a completely unsafe place to live

its pretty common in Karachi
a friend riveted his car's no plates after an unsuccessful theft attempt
@OP i hope you find your cars plates do check with the local police station and Patel hospital management

khi number plate cost 100K, even fake plats cost 5-50K depend upon dealer with lots of tension.

Who pays so much for number plates, those too that are of no use to anyone besides the owner..

The one straight damage is devaluation of car. I heard that it will cost me at least 50K difference at time of selling of my car.

I have reported the police station but, frankly, they don't have history of found number plates. Any other mechanism which I can adopt to get back number plates of my car?

That area is mostly choosen by criminals....i heard lots of stories from patel hospital parking. I remember a premio was stolen from there it was shared by a Pakwheeler

goto police station lodge a report, put up an ad in newspaper [ any char-ana newspaper ] and apply for duplicate plate at Excise office civic center, Karachi

Lot of ppl use duplicate (local one not excise) while jeep keeping the original one in car due to these issue I hope you find the no plates

the only chance of your safety is .. you have a police report of stolen plate plus an evidence that you were not at scene during that time & date.
