Ok so got my car today, the car seems to be working fine till now, my observations afters todays 1 hour drive on the overhauled engine is:
1. car is very stable now on low rpm's aswell
2. i feel on 2nd gear i can drag the car upto 70-80kmph as its on 2k rpm when doing 40kmph, but as its on running period, im not exceeding 2k rpm limit and avoiding ac also
3. another thing i noticed is the gear shifts are much smoother not.
Information for future people who are considering this:
The total overhaul work costed me 50k:
46k for the engine work, 3k for the electric work like changing oil switch and temperature switch, installing relay for cng and rewiring the car's core components.
Considering engine, following components were changed as far as i know
1. Pistons (aisin toyota) 3500Rs
2. Clutch and pressure plate (aisin toyota) 5500rs
3. Japanese rings and valves
whole head of the engine was redone too, every thing we had a doubt on was changed including oil pump etc.
Further changed the power steering pump as i felt it was putting load on engine, costed me 3500rs for kabli, Hope itnay dil se paisay kharch krne k baad things turn out well
