wow 10k is lot of money man, don't buy it from them person coz im sure u will get these in a much lesser price, btw try to find for used maxspeed lowering on pakwheels aswell. as for ur query regarding the pipes underneath touching at medium speedrakers, bro first of all let me know that how much drop did ur car got at te rear end and are u facing the problem right? well with my car i had to be quite carefull going over medium speed brakers aswell, it did not touch at every braker but u have to be really carefull or else if u try to get over the speed braker in a hurry then bang u will break something. but don't worry im just telling u the worst case possible. but i personally feel that the tyre profile on ur car is a bit too low pfrofile keeping in mind that u have 16'' rims, 55 profile hota tou bari fit rehti drive as u wud enjoy the sharp hadndling plus ur won't touch on each n every speed braker/car breaker.
And here in karachi these brandnew maxspeed lowerings are for something b/w 7500-8500rupees and installing them costs another abt 1-1.5k and then wheel alignment aswell 
Lastly about my experience with these springs has been gr8 to be honest and i never ever got frustrated over the ride height after i got it lowered bcoz i almost travelled the whole of karachi with 4-5 ppl in the car many times, and i know the roads very well so i used to avoid that 1 which have huge speed brakers or any really bad roads. i hope it clears up some of ur queries and plz feel free to ask any more questions that u cud think of and i will try to answer them aswell from my past experience and little knowledge that i have abt lowerings. and if i may add ur car looks really sexy with these rims and will look even hotter once lowered
