after you lol actually i haven't yet decided whether to use cng cylinder or lpg. Also the rates of lpg keep fluctuating so i wonder what will be the savings in the longer run

hmmmm then just use domestic cylinder as pre filled one has a fixed rate n is cheaper as well, plus atleast summers will pass easily

i'll most probably go for lpg in a week on 2

Yeah but he had his own CNG nossle which he bough from some other city the LPG seller didnt have that nossle and was saying that he will buy soon

Finally i also tried LPG today my CNG ended and then i went to a LPG guy who had CNG nozzle and i told him to fill 5 KG LPG in my cylinder he charged me 600(120/KG) but at that time my filling point washle leaked out and i went to a CNG guy and paid him 140 for new washle and i was good to go. He also adjusted my CNG and seriously pick is just like Petrol. I didn't do any change not even the hot water pipes and the car is running good my experiment so far is gng good and i will update later about the average i m getting.

people say that 4-5kg of lpg always stay in cng cylinder due to its being liquid n low pressure so lets see how much u can use out of that 5kg

I have a daewoo racer and i got it filled from the guy behind miraj hotel. now on petrol which means atleast 12-13rs/km , wid ac maybe even 15-16rs/km :-#

Last winter this guy was giving lpg at 170/kg and btw he uses yellow cylinders...

But did not knew he fills in cars, does he? because iirc Asim said he does not have nozzle...
I will give it a try this weekend

What road do you use for pindi? your mileage with AC on highway is ~14 while mine is 17+
May be you drive inside pindi as well whereas i just go and park it in the office lol

m not sure if he's the same guy as u r talking about as he didnt had a cng nozzle but was planing to get one unless same guy got it now

so yellow n not orange

for winters i guess just start using domestic cylinder with pre filled lpg at a fixed cheaper rate

yea rates go up in winters but i was thinking atleast lets pass the really hot burning hot summers n then worry about winters when it comes to that, cng is available for 2 days in summers, so that makes it a 1day or half day for winters? lol

travel route is all inside rwp not expressway, the broken down kashmir highway till g13 toll plaza n then peshawar road all the way till lalkurti n same route for coming back, u can hardly reach at any speed on that road esp while coming back, u can drive faster in isl as compared to peshawar road

also u got manual so its supposed to give better avg but do u run it full time on ac except for evening time?

btw if u do get lpg filled then u cant switch back to cng unless u get the lpg out by inverting the cylinder, dont know if u need to get it cleaned as well but well it'll be serviced then

didnt know even G9 fillers had cng nozzles so i guess its pretty easy to get lpg in car, were there other cars too getting lpg filled esp hiaces or suzuki or bolan etc?
there must be some demand
also how much time it takes to fill it? lpg fills pretty slow at 5 bar pressure

From 2 3 days, i have been using AC full time, morning evening day time... I have some fuel saving techniques for AC. Concept is same as regenerative braking lol

What i do is that i turn on AC when car is cruising, or decelerating. e.g i see my speed is gonna decrease for next stretch of road (signals/rush etc) so i take my foot off accelerator and turn on AC.
Then there are times when i need to accelerate e.g When light turns green, i usually turn off the AC then as soon as i hit 3rd/4th gear. I turn it back on... Use these techniques as much as you can (sometimes you cant afford to turn it off due to scorching heat)

bro i may be wrong because i went to him in winters that too only once. I am talking about the guy who also sells disposables utensils inside his shop.

Can you please tell us which one has nozzle so we can go to him and try out this experiment (i can adjust cng screw myself :P)
