While coming back it ran fine for like 10km then same prob. Now it can hardly idle lol Being a cng user, i am pretty sure it has ended

Now either there are some kgs still inside or settings are way too out. Only way to confirm is to get 5kg more and see how long it lasts

Yes i used to play dota(mohaa too in early times) but rarely in tornado. Mostly i played online since in gaming zones you have to go with 5 men otherwise no chance of playing dota. So in gaming zones, i mostly played CS Mohaa COD4 etc.

Later we had a clan on garena and we went to couple of tourneys (eme, fast etc my clan mates as well as with uni newbies :P).

Those who played online know me very well because i also worked with League for almost a year. Even now if i get some time, i play dota lol

yes i adjusted it from the kit also, that one is idle screw. Well there are a lot of questions right now so i cant conclude what exactly is going on and why. Yes there is a chance that settings are bad but not much because i already reduce fuel (hence more air) and there is no air block on in-take. Anyway i am working on getting a conclusion soon

BTW which car do u have and which CNG kit do u have coz according to what u have told i think that you might need hot water pipes.

Well according to mechanic ur kit is fine he said freezing issue occurs in some low quality kits where it is necessary to fix the hot water pipes

I asked about the hot water pipes from Sajid CNG and he also said that u dont need them in summers so dats y i didnt install them reagarding that thing u said that u can still shift this thing is undestandeable and i dont think that wont be solved by hot water pipes as the problem here is the liquid in ur cylinder isn't enough to produce sufficient gas required by your car continuously when it is about to end where as when you convert your car to LPG it gives some time for that liquid to be converted to GAS and hence in this way u can still shift to LPG for a few 100 meters and i m pretty sure that problem wont be solved by hot water pipes. Hot water pipes are necessary when u r going on high speed for a very long time hence it will cause your kit to freeze when u r sure that u have some LPG left in your cylinder as by running on petrol ur CNG kit will get warmed up by your engine temperature in your hood and u will drive again on LPG.

your installer sounds like he does not know what he's talking about, the regulators job is to reduce the pressure of the liquid so it can boil over and become a gas (like the A/C expansion valve) - if the kit is not heated and the flow is too quick it will suck all the heat from the regulator (lpg boils over at quite a low temperature). and cause it to freeze.

Regardless of climate or CNG/LPG - you need the hot water lines in the regulator connected.

went to get more filled, as soon as he opened it, it started leaking so closed the valve from trunk

now i didnt know nor he thought about it, he started to fill n couldnt fill blaming me that u have cng in ur car lol, then i asked him isnt it the vavle u closed lol, had hi ho gai

then he opened it,filled lpg, closed it, removed nozzle n closed it, n again opened valve, no need to get washle etc

You say even cng can freeze but i have never seen cng froze up

This is due to the design of the CNG regulator, its made to work on several magnitudes higher hold pressure than LPG has. CNG has a hold pressure of 3000 psi of gaseous medium. The CNG regulator handles gas on both high and low sides. LPG regulator has to handle both.

ditch the CNG stuff and install a dedicated LPG regulator and tank.

regular lpg cylinder + kit is useless as lpg rates go sky high in winters n it'll be more expensive than petrol otherwise one can go for proper lpg stuff

sorry for asking such a stupid question but what will exactly happen if i connect coolant lines with my cars cng regulator ?
better mileage and performance ?

idle rpm is at 0 again even though i went all the way to rwp n came back n still its there, n due to this car turned off when i came back
i dont even have to go to g9 side n dont wanna go just for this either :mad:

then at afternoon time, again it rpm needle, i.e idle rpm was at 0 n this time car was turning off on slowing down, had to go to khattak cng to get set n solved that leaking issue by getting the washle changed n guess what he asked $$ for tunning again which i didnt gave, he said setting was out n that u need to get it done more frequently on lpg than cng when i asked him that u did the setting n it got out so y asking for $$

on my way back from rwp after getting the setting done, at signal rpm fell down to 400 again with car giving jerks in D on stop :mad:
didnt noticed after that but seriously setting went out that fast again, wtf?

seems like i need to get the setting done from some where else, if it keeps getting out then it may as well ruin the average

Yar ye sab drama hai. Settings can never get out. Settings are adjusted and later screw is tightened so it cant get out unless somebody does it himself.

I also faced rpm dropping today. Btw we both got lpg last night mb that lot was not good?

Anyway i have spent 1800 for 3 days. More than petrol so no scene
