Use the thinnest grade mentioned in the owner's manual. My cousin is using 0W-20 in Yaris ATIV, and he's very satisfied with the performance. As you move towards heavy grade, you will face impact on acceleration and fuel economy specially in short trips.

That sticker means nothing. Suzuki is using 10W-40 sticker since the days of Mehran. It's pasted by the local assembler in Pakistan.

Owner's manual is the most authentic source of information. Period.
Because it's written based on the recommendations given by the engineers who designed the engine.

I don't remember the amount required since I used to own Wagon R but sold it 2 years back. You can the owner's manual for that.

GL-4 is the gear oil specification that's required for Wagon R transmission. SAE 90 is old school single grade gear oil. Do not use it in your vehicle otherwise you will face hard gear shift issues.

Owner's manual clearly says to use 75W-80. Suzuki's genuine SAE 90 is the incorrect grade for Wagon R's transmission and most of their new models. Unfortunately dealerships are still using it.

SAE 90 means it's a single grade oil, there's no 75W in front of it. Just 90. Such gear oils were used in vehicles manufactured in 80s like Mehran. Multi grade gear oils are 75W-80, 75W-85, 75W-90, etc.

If you check the last few pages of the owner's manual, you will find the quantity.

I highly recommend you to stick to 75W-85 (since you won't find 75W-80 in Pakistan) GL-4.
