I have grande 2014-15 model and i just read k isme engine oil ki max capacity 4.2l hai but by mistake Maine isme 4.5ltr oil dalwa dia or car 100km chla bi di, to koi issue to nh hai ya engine oil drain kwana parega?

Yes oil filled after putting filter, oil level was at top of the stick

Wo 2 stroke oil hota which isn't suitable for motorcycles. It also lacks components necessary for gearbox (which are present in a 4T oil. Is oil k saath clutch slip kary ga or 2-3 oil changes mein faragh jo jaaye ga.

I've used this oil in a 4 stroke generator before overhaul though, when oil consumption was high enough that it was getting fresh oil every 3 days just by refilling.

Hi everyone, i recently purchased an older version of toyota altis 1.6 2007 vvti auto transmission car. Its meter readings is 285000 kms. Kindly recommend me which engine oil i should use it in winters and summers

i would suggest 5w-30, and then at max. 10w-30 (if 5w-30 does not suit). 4L to 4.17L

I recently bought Altis 1.6 2015 Auto and the dealership told me the same thing when i went to change the gear oil and they said they wont change it becuase oil was so black and burnt. Then I spoke their manager and he took a test drive and gear was working and then they agree to change the oil and the guy did a really good job.

They also made me sign a paper incase if something goes wrong, they wont be responsible. I signed it.

After changing the oil, they let the car run for 1 hour on idle and then took a test drive again to check if sensors were working fine and gears were shifting. Alhumdillah it went well.

Make sure to change gear oil filter and gasket too. Dealership will take care of everything.You may buy gear oil filter from outside (buy only original). I bought is from a local shop and saved 10K. Dealership was selling gear oil filter for 19K. I bougth the same for 10K from local shop. Buy the oil from dealership

DON'T GET IT CHANGED FROM A LOCAL MECHINIC. ONLY GET IT DONE FROM THE DEALERSHIP.

In 2007 there wasn't any 1.6. Are you sure that it's 1.6?
For oil, go to the dealership and let them do the job for you. We don't know condition of your engine here.

4.7L in rolla? Prayers for the engine.
That's for dry fill from factory. 4L and 150ml is the exact quantity you need to pour after oil and oil filter change.

Go to any oil shop now. Ask them to just remove your oil filter, clean the cartridge and refit it. This will remove excess 300ml in your engine.
Over the limit oil level is always harmful.
