I have a carburetor cultus, 2001 model, clocked 200 k kilometers. Using semi synthetic 10w-40 since day 1. Engine does not reduce oil, no smoke white, blue or black.
In short engine is in good condition.
My query is can I shift to fully synthetic 10w-40 without any complications?
I just don't want to end up with issue like seals leaking or engine reducing oil or giving smoke etc?

a full synthetic motor oil formulated with a robust additive system will always be better than synthetic blends.

at 200,000 kms certain seals surely need change, no matter leaking or not.
PCV valve may please be changed as well.

OEM oil filters for Valvoline my drain interval is 10-12000 kms
For AMS oil 20- 28000 kms or 1 year which ever comes first.

For Toyota petron in diesel I change it on 8000 km interval

It seems you're convinced with AMSOIL's claims of (very) extended oil change intervals, especially if you're running a single OEM filter for the entire time.

Have the empirical, practical results been positive for you?

I'm quite interested in switching to AMSOIL for the once-a-year oil change.

with soaring engine oil prices, change interval shall be at 7000 plus kms, as 4 liter pack price starts from Rs 6500+

I don't get convinced easily without analyzing the oil tests after driving for that much kms using the AMS from 2015 and still am satisfied.

Valvoline is the second choice.
Plus we do offer warranties on engine rebuild for 1-2 years if they choose Valvoline or AMS oil

Go for Idemitsu 5w30 API SN or Total 5w30 API SP (idemitsu is better).
idemitsu will cost you around 7000 - 8000 Rs max for 4 lit.
The key is genuine oil.

Where is Idemitsu lube available? I don't see any information online about their Pakistani catalog. They did launch a branded oil line a few weeks ago, though. Looking forward to seeing the data for it.

Back in 2015 there was a friend of mine who tests those samples in 502 rwp I got many tests done from them by paying for them.
All of my vehicles oil samples got tested by them.
He now is promoted to a higher rank now he just signs the data sheets and orders.

Its been available in pakistan since a long time (long to me anyways). But that is at dealerships. I get it changed from Honda dealerships . Dont know about open market.

Some of the products of AMS oil are certified some are not.
Due to restriction of quicker oil change intervals.
