Honda oil is not from Total anymore. It's now manufactured by idemitsu which is a Japanese company.
It is fully synthetic and it can be used up to 10,000 km or 6 months which ever comes first. These are Honda recommendations. Fully synthetic oils could be stretched up to 1 year change interval but that's for normal conditions. Most of us fall under severe maintanance conditions so it's better to stick to 6 months change interval for low mileage vehicles.
Liqui moly is no magic oil. No oil can increase the life of an engine. Longevity depends how you maintain the engine and how you use it.
No matter how expensive or good the oil is, it will get dirty with time. That's a fact no one can deny. That dirt will damage the engine internally in the long run.
Personally I like to use cheap synthetic oil and change it every 6 months since my vehicles are low mileage. I have found Honda 0w-20 cheaper than aftermarket oils if we compare API SP oils. I use it in both my Honda and Suzuki vehicles. Suzuki have 0w-20 but it's API SN.
The reason it's cheaper than aftermarket is it's locally manufactured here in Pakistan. Idemitsu have setup a factory in Pakistan. Other oils are imported.
Idemitsu in Pakistan now supply oils to Honda, Suzuki, and Changan.
