Brother,
Its seems 0/40 is a thin oil and yes it is. But more importantly, its "fully Synthetic". (Not Partially synthetic or Semi synthetic).
But your car is fully new. Just ran 9K.
Hence new engines feels more happy with thinner oils.

Don't worry about the temperatures. JUST DARE TO TRY. If not satisfied, next time use another. Simple !!

0/40 is very very good oil.
And if you are not satisfied with its performance, then simply change it next time.

How about liqy moly 10w 40 super liect. And liqui moly 5w 30 made for asian and african climatea...costing 2700 and 3500 respectively 4 litre

For 20k altis engine after overhual...which one is better...

This is old concept that original oil is only available at pumps.
If you know the place "Badami Bagh", everyone knows that 90% people selling fake oils. Especially for trucks & buses. But still there are 10% people whom we know very well and they are stick to original oils only.
Its time for us to increase our awareness brother.

The place I got my oil from in Karachi used to roll out about 80 drums a day. Even a simple suzuki mehran showing up could get 3 litres Havoline motor oil at drum rates (very cheap) and a guard/vic/qaim oil filter at wholesale price and then get it changed right there for Rs 20/- along with new copper seal washer. I liked the guy's style of business, simple and open. For FUCHS I called them up and they delivered to any nearest place.

Most people have developed a bad habit of cheating but one can sift through cheaters easily.

Its not just in Pakistan, here in Houston you see 10 dollar oil change specials all day long on some shady mechanic shops and even some dealerships - they use the worst product (cheap as stale cow poo) and oil filters that cost 50 cents a piece.

If 77KM means 77,000 miles (125K Km), then best could be ZIC M (15-40).
And if you feel it doesn't bring some significant effect, then use 20/50.
Try to find 20/50 oil from the company PTT Perfoma or SIM (Newly launched company by Leepon, oils are produced & made in Malaysia). Both of these oils are even far better than ZIC Hi-Flow 20/50 as per my personal experience.

But pls choose the good company like PPT Performa, Volvoline, Liqu Moly, KIXX (Tin pack, imported from Korea. Scan its bar code for sure).

good. go ahead, try & enjoy.
but never use Guard filters. choose good ones like leepon (but should be imported one because people have started producing Leepon's air/oil filter in local workshops and stamping "MADE IN MALAYSIA").

choose 5/40 from
ptt performa
volvoline
liqui moly
and change it after 5k with oil/air filters for sure.

Use only imported oils for imported cars. Never use local oils otherwise your car have to see workshop twice an year atleast.
