How severe is the pull and what direction is it?
A rhd car will drift to the left slightly, meaning lane change over half a km at 65 kmh with wheel not held.
This is dialed into the caster angle and cannot be corrected, its a built in safety, similarly lhd cars drift to the right with wheel not held.
The hold is very very light to control this, trying to dial this out with toe is a really really bad idea. So best check the factory alignment spec and check it against your car whilst on the rack. (Make sure the mechanic using the rack is not a moron)
