I have bought a Toyota Vitz 2018 1.0 a few months ago. It is now 83000 Km driven. The first time i used 5w-30. Could anyone kindly advise which engine oil i should use?

Stick with 5w 30 grade and use good brand oil and use synthetic blended oil only. If you can’t satisfy yourself use Toyota oil or liqui moly.

I recently bought suzuki cultus 2010 model car and about engine oil i asked it from the previous owner he previously use 20w40 shell in car but according to my limited knowledge 20w40 is not for winters and right now in Karachi the temperature is cold so i am confused which one to use 10w40 or 20W40 please recommend me with your valuable advice seniors!

WS,

We can use same oil in both winters and summers but it should be of correct grade.

20W50 is very thick for cultus, Gradually bring it down to 5w30, Currently switch it to 10w40, then 10w30 then 5w30.

For company, you can use any but use the original,

PSO is advertising their oil as synthetic, but Havoline isn't. Even if PSO's oil is semi synthetic, then it's better than Havoline's mineral oil.

I have honda city 2017 model 1.3AT 37000km driven.
Currently i am using Zic.A+..My freind asked me to use Ardeca 5w30 ? Is it good oil?

I am using city 2005 manual 165000 driven. only on petrol bought 1 year ago....car engine in best condition...kindly suggest which oil should i use for further use,currently using HYUNDAI 5w30.

Because due to using the wrong oil you engine must be damaged, and it might start consuming thin oil, so if you revert to correct oil slowly so you will know if it has started consuming on 10w40 rather than 5w30, because thin oil is considerably more consumed then the slightly thick oil 10w40.
