I too want to get the hood and still haven't been able to plan it out. What I do have in mind is to have the original rails replicated by the people at Jubilee. Jubilee is a better option where they make seats and roll / bull bars. Give them a sketch of whatever you have in mind and they'll bend it there.
I believe getting the bars of a Willys and widening them does the trick too. Willys bar available at Mehmood Motors @ Garden.
Surf the net, choose what you like, take a print out and take it along with your jeep to Jubilee. They'll make what you want.
